Seipp & Flick LLP was established in 1995 as a civil litigation firm emphasizing product liability defense, premises liability and personal injury defense, commercial litigation, maritime and admiralty litigation, motor vehicle warranty and lemon law litigation, as well as estate and probate litigation. Our offices are strategically located throughout the state of Florida, and provide our clients great versatility. We practice in the state and federal courts throughout the State of Florida, at both trial and appellate levels.
