Jones, Skelton & Hochuli, P.L.C. (JS&H) is one of the most experienced litigation firms in Arizona. We take pride in our twenty-five year history and our reputation in Arizona's legal and business community for excellence. We offer flexibility, unmatched trial and appellate experience, and superior client service. Our clients range from leading national companies, to governmental entities, to individuals and small businesses.

Founded in 1983, the firm began with 12 lawyers, two paralegals and 14 support staff and has since grown to over 75 lawyers and 125 support staff. JS&H began primarily as an insurance defense firm. Over the years, we expanded to meet the needs of our clients and specialize in insurance matters and litigation, as well as other practice areas related to business, corporate, and government law.

Litigation Experience

We have more trial experience, and we try more cases in both state and federal courts, than most other law firms in the state. Our attorneys are known as aggressive litigators who present a vigorous defense to benefit our clients both in settlement negotiations and the deterrence of frivolous claims. When in our clients' best interest, however, we also provide effective alternative dispute resolution. Our attorneys are frequently involved in important state and local legislative reform that shapes our legal system. Many of our attorneys hold the Martindale-Hubbell AV® Rating as well as numerous other honors and awards.

Client Service Focus

Our commitment to client service goes beyond direct representation. Our goal is to establish and maintain a relationship with our clients based on trust, respect, and commitment. As part of our dedication to client service, we provide ongoing legal education services to our clients at no cost, including newsletters, case law updates, and seminars. Each Spring we host our Annual Update of Arizona Law seminar (the only seminar of its kind in Arizona) which includes topics on many areas of substantive law.
