Associate Attorney - Healthcare Experience Required

Seeking a 5+ year associate with direct experience in corporate/transaction/healthcare.

A Philadelphia law firm is looking for a 5+ year associate with direct experience in transaction work, with preliminary emphasis on drafting and structuring transactions for healthcare clients. Experience in regulatory aspects of healthcare law a plus. Will be addressing client issues regarding the application of federal/state healthcare laws and regulations. Will have direct client contact.

Requirements:

Must have heavy experience with drafting agreements and memos for clients

Should have excellent writing skills

Direct experience in handling transactional matters & analyzing issues involved with transactions

Must be admitted in both PA and NJ bar

Must have strong academic credentials
