Classification: Attorney-licensed II 4-9 yrs exp

Compensation: DOE

Labor & Employment Attorney needed for a growing law firm in Springfield, IL. Attorney must have at least 3+ years experience conducting labor and employment litigation on behalf of management in both state and federal court; Conducted extensive legal research on various employment and civil procedure topics; Draft pleadings and motions, including dispositive motions; investigate discrimination claims and prepared position statements; Analyzed non-competition agreements and advise companies and executives concerning enforceability and associated risks of restrictive covenants. Experience handling municipal matters strongly preferred. School law is also a plus!
