LEGISLATIVE/OPERATIONS MANAGER
City of Sioux Falls
City Council Operations Committee Appointed Position
$2,292.80 - $3,300.00 bi-weekly
Perform professional, administrative and communication work in the coordination of the management of the day-to-day operations of the City Council. Serve as liaison and professional staff support to the Sioux Falls City Council while monitoring and analyzing legislative activities on a federal, state and local level. Graduation from a college or university with a degree in public or business administration with at least five (5) years’ related diverse experience in managing a range of administrative areas of responsibility, including legal analytics and research, preferably in the public sector; or any such combination of education, experience, and training as may be acceptable to the hiring authority. An advanced degree in public administration or related field is desirable.
