Consumer Care Specialist (Contractor)

Join our dedicated and talented team of individuals all focused on creating the best products in the marketplace. We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Consumer Care Specialist (Contractor) in our Glendale offices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for customer care, inbound/outbound call management and issue triage across strategic operations.
- Support advertisers, the account management team and external requests.
- Research, fact checking and contacting the advertiser to resolve issues and answer questions.
- Responsible for troubleshooting YP.com and YP Mobile Apps.
- Assist in the distribution and issue resolution around vouchers and voucher ids with the advertiser.
- Uphold all customer service standards and follows department policies.
- Manage escalation and issue monitoring/resolution for projects within portfolio of initiatives.
- Alert stakeholders of potential risks and opportunities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
