Data Entry/Court Rearcher
6 month opportunity with a Financial Institution in Hackensack.
Job will be performed at the Bergen County Courthouse in Hackensack, NJ. Should be able to travel to other counties (Hudson & Passaic) if necessary to help/cover for some time.
Pay rate: $13.50
Job Description:
Temp will be keying data to a laptop, uploading the keyed file electronically to an ftp location and sending an email with an updated excel spreadsheet to report work accomplished each day. Additional responsibilities include, but not limited to, updating the laptop program weekly, research queries at the county and providing answers, making copies and mailing them to the Jersey City office. Job will be performed at the Bergen County Courthouse in Hackensack, NJ. Temp should be able to travel to other counties (Hudson & Passaic) if necessary to help/cover for some time.

Experience:
We require temp to possess a solid working knowledge of excel and outlook. Experience with data manipulation (servers, ftp locations, etc.) a plus. High volume data entry skills with accuracy. Temp needs to have internet access at home to be able to send emails and transfer the work electronically. Ability to work independently, organized, with good follow up skills.
Working Conditions:
Job requires to key data from documents viewed at the county's computer into the laptop provided. Temp may have to stand all day; seating availability not garanteed, although generally available. Parking in area is difficult.

Typing 50 wpm
