Job Description:
Highly reputable Los Angeles law firm seeks Associate Attorney specializing in Public Entity law, Municipal Litigation and/or Elections Commission-related work for an immediate opening. Ideal candidates will possess the following:
3-10+ years substantive Public Entity legal experience, some litigation experience preferred.
- Active California Bar License (in good standing).
- Extensive experience drafting motions, performing legal research and analysis pertaining to public entity law and political litigation.
- Ability to manage an active and steady caseload.
- Public Entity, Municipal Litigation or Political litigation experience specializing in legislative work preferred.
- A positive attitude and consistent work ethic.
- Legislative writing experience preferred, though not required.
