The firm’s business section complements its litigation services with an equally deep and varied experience in business organizations and transactions including HUD-insured multi-family construction financing and refinancing, large hospital systems, estate planning and probate, real estate, tax planning, public law, mortgage and bank financing and SEC work.  Several partners in the business section serve as general counsel for numerous governmental agencies and a publically traded company.
