Our firm was first incorporated in Maryland in 1977 and is certified to do business and provide professional services in Maryland, the District of Columbia and Virginia. DOR is headquartered at 3 Bethesda Metro Center, Suite 200, Bethesda, Maryland 20814. Offices are available in the District of Columbia and Virginia for conferences and depositions.

Our firm is an associate member of the Apartment and Office Building Association ("AOBA") and of the District of Columbia Building Industry Association, and was selected as one of the "Friends of Chapter 8 of the Institute of Real Estate Management ("IREM").
