Lawyer Josh Carpenter has resolved thousands of family law case since founding the firm in 2005, and has the experience and skills to help you meet your full property division, child custody, visitation, and child and spousal support goals.

- Trained and court-appointed mediator and arbitrator, and appointed by judges to act as a neutral in out-of-court divorce proceedings
- Court-appointed guardian ad litem, empowered to represent the interests of minor children in court
- Former police officer, experienced in child custody and domestic violence cases from all angles
